We offer pitch deck consulting services to help clients improve their business presentations. Our services include a consultation, review and feedback of client's existing pitch deck, and recommendations for improvements. Our services are provided by experienced professionals in the field of business and presentation design.

2. Fees and Payment

Our fees for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment for our services is due one week after the delivery of the final product. We accept payment by credit card or Apple Pay.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for our services, or deposits for said services, once they have been provided or initiated. Once you have engaged our services and we have begun work on your project, there will be no refunds issued. This policy applies whether the services are terminated by you or us.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to provide us with all necessary information and materials for us to complete our services. You also agree to review our recommendations and provide feedback in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from your failure to provide information or feedback in a timely manner.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information or materials to any third party without your consent. We also expect our clients to respect our confidentiality and not disclose any confidential information or materials provided to them by us to any third party.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Pitch Def based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
